BELTEC SDN. BHD. is the leading polypropylene products manufacturer in Malaysia & was founded in 1982 and soon emerged as one of the leading manufacturers for plastic packaging solutions. Our solutions include a wide range of packaging products, such as disposable cups, containers, trays, lunch boxes and other disposable packaging which cater to the retail market, fast food restaurants and food processing companies. The plastic raw materials used are High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), Polypropylene (PP) and Amorphous-Polyethylene-Teraphthalate (A-PET).

Injection Moulding

Injection moulding division is one of our fastest growing divisions. Equipped with a number of Japanese machines available in the market, we are able to provide a wide range of injection moulded products that compliment our existing solutions.

Extrusion

Our German extruders are capable of producing consistent and high quality HIPS, PP & PET sheets. With the ability to extrude sheets at high speed, our production output exceeds 2000 tons of PP sheet per month therefore providing ample supply for thermoforming requirements.

Printing

Our latest 8 colours offset printing machine from one of Europe’s leading manufacturers has added more bite to our printing capacity. It boasts the output of printing 600 cups per minute yet enables photo realistic print details..

Thermoforming

Our advanced and fully automatic German thermoforming machines play a major role in generating a variety of cups, containers, lids and other popular products. Combining well with top quality moulds from Europe, these machines are capable of producing high quality products in a shorter lead time, thus increasing output while ensuring cost effectiveness. One of its features includes minimising human contact with the end product. Besides, we also have several units of well known Japanese thermoforming machines, producing different kinds of lids, containers and trays.
